ZERAMEX®XT has a tapered design allowing optimal primary stability. The internal connection has been specifically engineered to maximize the strength of rigid zirconia and eliminate any lateral forces on zirconia.
The precise fitting components offer variable placement close to bone level for enhanced restorative margin. The heart of the connection is the VICARBO® screw. Comprised of many individual threads of carbon fiber that run vertically, uncut down the length of the screw to durably absorb the tensile forces and give the VICARBO® screw its exceptionally high strength.

Ryan M. Jones, DDS, FAGD
Dentist in Franklin, TN
Dr. Ryan Jones’ focus of practice centers on delivering excellence in dental care. He is devoted to an exceptional standard of care while placing particular emphasis on fighting disease and inflammation, using biocompatible materials, fully educating patients about their scope of treatment options, and creating beautiful smiles. He is an avid student of his profession and is currently in the midst of the Pikos center curriculum in Tampa, Florida. He became a graduate of the Kois Center in Seattle in 2018 after completing a multi-year curriculum. He earned his Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) in 2017 after completing 500 hours of continuing education and passing their fellowship exam.
He is as passionate about continuing his post-doctoral dental training as he is about serving those without adequate access to dental care; having served on projects with the Christian Medical and Dental Association, Remote Area Medical, and Hope Smiles, as well as providing comprehensive dental care to many in our local community who cannot afford necessary treatment. He has also led several campaigns with Nashville Restorative Dentistry to raise funds for local charities like GraceWorks and Mercy Ministries.

Carl M Pogoncheff DDS MS FACP is the first Prosthodontist in Lansing to be certified by the American Board of Prosthodontics.
Dr. Carl Pogoncheff was born and raised in Lansing, Michigan and chose to return to his hometown to open his practice.
Dr. Carl Pogoncheff graduated from University of Michigan School of Dentistry and completed three additional years to earn a Masters of Science degree in Prosthodontics at the University of Michigan. He is currently a faculty member at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry and a past chair of the Dental School Alumni Board of Governors. Dr. Carl Pogoncheff is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and is a Board Certified Prosthodontist.
